Meet the Family...
Starting on Monday, we will be breaking ground in Dominican Republic on the house for the Valdez Bidó Family...This family has five members. The father is Humberto Valdez, and he works as a teacher in a primary school. The mother is Cristina Bidó, and she works as a maid at a rural public school. They have three children: a 10 year-old boy and two girls, 6 and 4 years old.
This family is happy and grateful to have the opportunity to get a Habitat house. Currently, their worst problem is that the house where they live does not have a bathroom, so they have to share a common bathroom with other four families.
